Envy Kitchens:  Born out of Frustration

Envy Kitchens, a Richmond cabinet company, was born out of a frustration shared with consumers.  While operating a cabinet refinishing company for several years, we met many consumers who wanted to change their kitchens.  Adding granite tops, tile back splashes, crown molding, or under cabinet lightning in addition to changing their cabinets became overwhelming and expensive.  Cabinet refinishing was an affordable option, and made room in the budget for some of their other options, but it also limited the final result.  Not to mention refinishing could only change the color or finish of their existing cabinets.  We were frustrated because sometimes we would refinish cabinets that were not a very good quality in the first place, and while they always looked much better...there was only so much we could do.  We were frustrated because some cabinets were not even made from wood, and couldn’t be refinished anyway.  Plastics and laminates that didn’t age well or had cracked, yellowed, or had the cardboard bulging from split corners couldn’t be fixed effectively.  We were mostly frustrated by the limited and costly alternatives consumers had to use to get the kitchen they  wanted: refacing over their existing cabinets, over priced off the shelf cabinets at “Big Box retailers,” or high end and high priced custom cabinets.  We were frustrated, but then we did something about it.  We decide to offer great cabinets at great prices, and put our skilled workers to work making the dream kitchens consumers had to either pass on or pay dearly for.  Now you can have all new superior quality and feature rich cabinets installed for much less than you thought.  We provide the value in cabinetry so now you can get the other things on your wish list: counter tops, flooring, back splashes or whatever.  Your dream kitchen is waiting and Envy Kitchens, a Richmond cabinet company, is providing the cabinets.
